In this class you will learn the essential movements used to build a strong foundation in Pilates. We will start with a gentle joint warm up and move into our exercises. Tina breaks down all the movements in detail and we will practice together. You will feel stronger, relaxed and confident to continue your Pilates journey after this series.

Gain flexibility in a healthy and safe way with techniques used in dance, circus and yoga. such as self massage and breathing exercises. It will be useful (but not necessary) to have a massage ball and yoag strap (or belt).
For students who have completed Hoop 1 and have a solid grasp of all the tricks from this level. New, challenging moves will be introduced (such as working on transitions from on body to off body) while strengthening technique from previous levels.

This fun class includes a short cardio blast, followed by Pilates-style floor exercises designed for targeting the abs, legs, butt, and arms. All levels are welcome as most exercises have a beginner, intermediate and advanced variation.
