Mondays at 6pm – starts Sept 13 and runs for 7 weeks.

This fun class includes a short cardio blast, followed by Pilates-style floor exercises designed for targeting the abs, legs, butt, and arms. All levels are welcome as most exercises have a beginner, intermediate and advanced variation.
